A. Right away! If you’re buying a film ticket at the box office, just tell them you’re a member. If you’re purchasing online, you can sign in with your member number.
Your new membership card should arrive in the mail within a week after your purchase. If you forget to bring your card along to the movies, never fear! We can always look you up by name
A. SIGN IN to your membership account. Once you are logged in, select View Your Memberships to see your Belcourt membership number and expiration date.
You can also edit your information, change your password, and view your orders from your account page.
A. Just let us know! Give us a call 615-846-3150 or email membership@belcourt.org.
A. Sometimes a member has created multiple user accounts over time that may or may not be associated with their member number. In this case, your accounts may need to be merged. Give us a call 615-846-3150 or email membership@belcourt.org and we’ll fix it for you.
A. It depends on your membership level. If you have an Individual level membership, only one ticket can be purchased with your membership discount. If you have a Dual-level membership or above, you can purchase two tickets with the discount.
A. It’s easy! Just purchase a Gift Membership Certificate in the amount you’d like to give. You’ll receive a PDF certificate via email, which you can either print out or forward to the recipient. Your loved ones will not receive anything from us until you gift the certificate and they use it to join or renew.
A. We’d love for you to upgrade your membership! Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to pro-rate partial membership terms, so you would have to start a new membership term and pay full price for the higher level—it would mean a little extra gift to the Belcourt but hey, it’s a worthy cause!
If you’ve just recently joined/renewed, we can change your order and you can pay the difference between levels. Give us a call (615) 846-3150 or email membership@belcourt.org for help.
A. At the Belcourt, we offer discounted tickets and memberships to those 65+. If one member is a senior and the other is not, they would still only qualify to join/renew at the Dual ($80) level. It’s only a $10 difference, but that’s a nice little extra gift to the Belcourt.
A. Memberships are a different revenue stream of support for us than regular donations, which are always 100% deductible and do not come with any benefits. The Belcourt’s memberships are associated with special benefits and, depending on the level, they aren’t always fully tax deductible.
If you’d like to become a member, you can do so here. And thank you for supporting the Belcourt!
